To To meet the great demand for macramé, Corbeo invested in a new twisting machine.
Since the 2018 launch of our macramé rope in 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm sizes, available in both triple and single twists, demand has increased dramatically. Corbeo produces its macramé rope sustainably from regenerated cotton. It is sold under its own brand, Ledent Macramé, as well as a private label for various European retailers.
The new twining system from Spanish manufacturer Galan is state-of-the-art. Equipped with IoT technology, it monitors all aspects of the production process and helps guarantee the high quality of our cords.
The machine is integrated into our factory in such a way that operators can handle the various production steps ergonomically. Thanks to the solar panel system, this production process is also energy-neutral.
