    Description

    Braided polypropylene rope 10mm: lightweight, water-resistant, supple and knot-retaining. Weather-resistant and rot-proof – suitable for intensive outdoor use. Applications: horticulture, logistics, construction, recreation, sports, agriculture, maritime, tarpaulins, nets, camping, scouting, animal fencing, transport and DIY.
    • Braided in Belgium – durable & multifunctional rope
    • Lightweight and easy to handle
    • Flexible and dimensionally stable thanks to braided structure – easy to knot, but susceptible to wear
    • Resistant to sun, water, acids and bases – rot-free and floating
    • Loses little breaking strength when wet
    • Rot and mildew free – does not absorb moisture
    • Little to no stretch (±5%) – relatively inelastic rope with low shock resistance
    • Widely applicable for garden, camping, construction, DIY, agriculture, transport, sports, hobby and recreation
    • Winded on a spool or reel – easy to unroll and store

    Important information

    • Do not expose to temperatures > 165°
    • Less strong, durable, and heat-resistant than nylon or polyamide
    • Do not use for lifting, climbing, or heavy industrial loads
    • Recommended working load: 1/10 of the breaking strength
    • Does not hold knots well under high load
    • Damaged and knotted rope affect the breaking strength
    • Check for damage, fraying, or discoloration before each use
    • Avoid contact with sharp edges to limit wear
    • Moving loads require higher breaking strength than static loads
